what is "bagandang"? "bagandang" mean playing traditional musical instrument such as kulintangan and mini brass gongs. Bagandang fest will be held tomorrow (29/10/2011) at Beaufort Tamu ground. so, come to Beaufort everyone! and lets enjoy together...
